This issue caused by if somehow the job(This job is on BatchJobMain) for update the SLA status from expiring to expired is not running on certain day, on those day the dispute that suppose SLA status updated to expired will stay as expiring, until manualy run this job with BatchJobManualMain.
so on this patch will make sure that SLA Status is updated correcly
