Kindly attend below request:-
Staff called in to inform that she unable transfer using kfhonline Foreign Telegraphic Transfer.
Error message is “service is currently available”. The error came out at the 3rd steps
She had clear the browsing history, cache and cookies but the problem still persists.
Appreciate your assistance urgently.

Most of the IBG systems at UAT are not the latest from production. Please deploy new IBG from production to UAT. Sufian already confirms all IBG systems from production contain email configuration above.
