Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Issues : CT Fee Admin on transaction 24th August 2022 not generated as 3:23 PM
and also impact with high consume cpu (increase memory usage until 95%).
Investigation by Bram, the root cause : Archive Module, and required to fixing.
Please let us know the progress and final solution.

Archive Program stuck because it keep query the data based on the retention date time, the time here keep getting the latest time that causing the archive program to stuck. this should set as 00:00 on the system. and add new parameter to add maximum data record per day to ensure the archive program does not take too much resource while catching up the retention period.
This the release patch for PTAP to do the VIT and prepare for SIT/UAT:
