The Patch for the issue has been delivered to ITD for testing on 27/09/2022

Issue:
Customer key-in invalid value for the termination date which causes conflict during the database insertion process.
The amount was not captured correctly.

Solution:
1) Added checking on the upload file type. If the file type is excel, the program will capture the amount as it is.
2) Added checking on the termination date format, and throws an error if the key-in value does not match the expected date format.
