Current Account Opening [9609] - DROPPED based on the LH document but I already added it just comment it out in case they want it in future
Saving Account Opening [9638] - Implemented
Require to complete the test case besides perform the testing.
Need to update the response code inside IntegrationProcessService : AccountOpeningTMQD1Response

Tested. Successful. Able to transfer money to new created account
**Note: Host is not validating account checkdigit, return successful despite given a invalid account checkdigit
Current Account Opening 9609 is dropped
