user rifky_a login BI-FAST Portal
click Profile Update menu and see the detail
user rifky_a previously was on Manajer Operasional Group change to System Administrator Group

I already got some data for the investigation from Pak Wahyu,
Based on the admin audit trail report:
The last time user rifky_a do an action as Maker and got pending status(4) is on 9 september.
and the next action is i find anomaly that user rifky_a can do approve action(2) on 18 october
and after that the action that make user rifky_a realize that user group is changing to 'System Administrator'
I are still investigating the root cause of this issue, I assume that group being changed on this time range 9 september 2022 - 18 october 2022.
To resolve the current user group issue we can suggest to, update manually by db script to change back user rifky_a group became 'Manajer Operasional Maker'
here are the script:
--USER_ID 4 is user rifky_a
--GROUP_ID 22 is group 'Manajer Operasional Maker'
UPDATE ADMIN_USER_PROFILE SET GROUP_ID = 22 WHERE USER_ID = 4;
