Please refer below for the root cause and now pending Maybank to check with their internal services.
Root Cause:
- Maybank bank branch mapping restful services return unsuccessful or the response openingBranch or branch is empty.
Resolution:
- Please check the url configured in the AppConfigRib.properties file with the key "branch.mapping.url" isn't correct.
- Check the branch mapping restful services response.
