Kindly attend below request:-
As per my email on 16/11/2022, user raised new CR to change takaful provider. Based on my assessment, at IB side we need to do as below:
1. change takaful collection account (parameter at IBAM)
2. load new PDS file to folder
3. update PDS at PDS screen
Need your help on item #3. Attachment can be found in the email.
