Finding:
Based on what I checked, I did not find any error in the log file. Therefore, only 1 possibility is the topup transaction not offloading to hub NRT when the balance calculation batch program calculating "FASTIDJA'' balance. For your information, the balance calculation batch program will loop through all the banks with ascending by bank name. Therefore, "FASTIDJA'' will be calculated first before "SUNIIDJA". That is why only half sides are calculated.

Solution:
If the same problem happens again in the future. Just recalculate the balance and generate the report.
