Kindly attend below request:-
Customer has been changing her password and the system accepts the change of password. When she tries to access the system immediately the system changes prompts the message โ Invalid User Name or Password โ. She last tried today between 4:00 p.m. to 4:09. In CAS we cannot find her user name and log in log under menu Reports โ Access Log (screen shot enclosed). Screen shot from RIB BO also enclosed.
We can see above reported user already migrated to CAS and last login activity already stamped in DB.
