Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Please further investigate as we notice IBG server will have the issue of "permgem and out of memory issue" in every two days after the fixes were first deployed last Wednesday(14/12/2022). It has been the 3rd occurrence yesterday ( Friday 16th, Monday 19th, Wednesday 21st)
As a result, IBG service will not be available and impacted all IBG transactions
=> OFI - KFHOnline, Branch and OFI nacha
=> RFI - RFI nacha, RFI credit
Suspected due to the new library introduced for SMSWebservice.
Please assist urgently.
