Kindly attend below request:-
We experiencing issue while access to RIB and MB. issue solve after we restart RIB & authentication_API. Please help to look into it as i can see there are IO issue captured in the log.

Based on the errors log, the following is the suspected issue
1) There is a read timeout issue when communicating to the UPASS from VPIBKA02 and VPIBKA01
2) ThreadMonitor W WSVR0606W: Thread "WebContainer : 24" (000030a4) was previously reported to be hung but has completed.
3) Async IO operation failed (3), reason: RC: 55.
Resolution:
1) Restart the Application, and the issue was resolved.
2) CF check the issue with IBM
IBM Feedback:
IBM inform, issue occur because there was connection issue to DB during the incident day.
