Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

There are 4 instance is running on Internet Banking system which is :

7210, 7310, 7410, 7510.

Before proceed to restart JomPay or DuitNow services, have run check into all instance sequentially to ensure all instance capable to do transaction. Detected 1 of the instances unable to access, it is instance 7510 and it was freeze due to java memory heap full.

Action taken : clear all cache & logs, kill freeze process and rerun back 7510 instance.

Based on the details provided when this issue is logged, instance 7510 BV3 freeze due to java memory heap full.
The action taken by the KFH team was to restart 7510 instances on 14/03/2023.

As per update by KFH, the issue did not persist after full landscape reboot IB on 17/03/2023.
