Kindly attend below request:-
Mohon semakan dari pihak tuan/puan berkenaan dengan transaksi “ standing instruction “ yang dibuat pelanggan. Pelanggan maklum bahawa beliau telah set tarikh transaksi kemasukkan pada 10/04/2023 tetapi transaksi berjaya dibuat lebih awal iaitu pada 02/04/2023. Hasil semakan kami mendapati transaksi berjumlah RM 1,700 telah Berjaya ditolak dari akaun pelanggan.
Pelanggan telah menghantar “ screenshot “ yang menunjukkan butiran transaksi iaitu Tarikh bermula 10/04/2023 (start date) – 10/03/2025 (termination date) . Semakan pada “ View History “ pula menunjukan transaction date adalah pada 02/04/2023
Untuk mengelakkan dua kali penolakkan, agent menasihati pelanggan untuk “ delete “ dahulu transaksi tersebut untuk mengelakkan penolakkan pada 10/04/2023. Pelanggan mohon untuk membuat semakan kerana khuatiri penolakkan dibuat pada Tarikh yang berbeza. Mohon semakan dari tuan/puan berkenaan dengan isu pelanggan di bawah.

Reported issue:
The new SI creation performed via AGRONetBIZ is being picked up on the next day by SI cron job.
Expectation:
Not supposed to pick up because the start date is not on the next day.
Finding and root cause:
Based on SI log, the new SI has been picked up under retry process. This happens, due to SI retry count being set to 3 during SI creation.
Solution:
1) We remove the si retry count setting during creating the SI record. This will solve the issue of new SI creation being included under retry record.
As per functional requirement, the retry count only needs to be set when the SI transaction is already executing and failed.
2) Add a new parameter to check that the next payment date must be less than today's date during retrieving the SI record for the retry process.
This is to prevent any unforeseen issue happening in the future.
