This case happend because now the retention data for the table rpp_trnx_log_data are not active.
this table now had 200+ days data (suposedly only 90 days) that causing performace issue upon query to this table.
The retention data not active because last time this retention service causing cpu spike, and we already try to resolve that retention previously by implementing table partition and update the retention using drop partition that can impove retention performace. but upon implementing table partition we had a problem and decided to rollback.
informed by Herwin(ptap) and BI already planned to implement the table partition again, but the schedule still TBC (probably after eid holiday).
For temporary solution we suggest to manualy retention those table first periodically.
