Is it normal getting ORA-600 when generating some report? What evidence we should provide to this case? Please inform if any necessary file/capture/evidence.

From the information we got, there are activity happening at 5 may on early morning that cause those.
its likely cause corrupt or missing data on RPP_TRNX_LOG_FEE table, i got info seems from helpdesk team do reofload the fee data and the report already can be generated.
