Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
We found out, one of the Duitnow transaction was not debited but the transaction was successful. Please help to investigate and revert.

Issue:
DuitNow ICBS debit failed but BSNeBiz sent DuitNow request to RPP host.
Finding:
I found out Production is returning a different error parameter.
In the log, BDS85100 is returning an error with parameter env:Fault.
During SIT/UAT the error parameter is BDS85100Fault.
If not mistaken, the previous Production error parameter is also BDS85100Fault.
Thus, BSNeBiz is unable to mark as a failed transaction and proceed with DuitNow transfer.
Solution:
Related to Support #13491 [SCP ID :##6660##] : Fix DuitNow reversal for new parameter, I will fix/update the current logic when reading the response parameter.
Fix is merged with Support #13491 [SCP ID :##6660##] : Fix DuitNow reversal for new parameter. Must deploy together.
