Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

Customer tried to reset her password today but the error persist “you are not assign for any secure pass pin”.

Additionally, CC was instructed to tell the customer to try logging in through the first-time login page, but even though she had entered the right information, an error message reading "Wrong username or PIN" appeared.

Kindly assist to check & revert.

Findings from the DB result BIB_USER
User Status is Unlocked (2) 
Secure Pass is Inactive (2)

VASCO table do not have the secure pass tied to customer

As per user activity, the user forgot their password and was unable to perform 'Reset Password' due to Secure Pass is Inactive.
This issue is similar to  SCP6193: KFH CMS Login Failure, user MAISAERAH1

Workaround
CORUS admin to 'Activate' secure pass
Customer to proceed with  'Reset Password'

Issue closed in SCP.
