Kindly attend below request.
Customer tried to reset his secure pass pin, however after he keyed in the pin number, it shows ‘Invalid Pin No’. We have advised the customer to clear browser history but the error persist. Step to re-activate token 1) Please make sure customer id is not in the approver list. 2) Make sure the token is tied to the user. 3) Activate the token and approve the request.
