Finding:
Based on log, there is an issue during perform server sign in to upass library. Therefore, the program throws error 99 as the default error when facing the issue.
Issue related with current UPASS library version.
Solution:
Update to latest Upass Library Version 6.2.0 with Debug Mode Off.
