Related to issue http://10.6.6.20:8080/redmine/issues/260
Some of the user account cant login due to 'Invalid Password' on every Monday morning.
I have checked the account status is NORMAL. (USER_STATE = 0 at USER_IB & TB_AM_USER.)
Password can be entered more than exceed limit but the account remain NORMAL. (It happen when invalid password occurred).
Username : Aiken123
Password : abcd12345
Username : pussycat61
