Hi Zahir,
Finding:
- his issue is due to RCMS connecting to the s2u having a certificate issue that is why it throws the service currently unavailable.
Resolution:
- Maybank to open a separate ticket to HeB support to further check on this issue.
Conclusion:
- Issue not related to RCAS
