Hi Zahir,

We already provided the solution to customer to do the implementation. Now wait customer to confirm the issue resolved.

Root Cause:
All affected user created before the V20 implementation, which previously need assign hard token only trigger the ePin email, but after the V20 implementation, ePin email will be trigger during the user creation process. So, those existing created new user will no received the ePin

Alternative solutions:
1) Manually insert the impacted users data into the EMAIL_E_PIN database table and let the ePin batch job send out the latest ePin email to the users.
2) Manually trigger the reset password in the RCAS admin portal for all the impacted users.
