Hi Zahir,
The solution had been implemented in the production, you may proceed to close the case.
Root Cause:
- Only 1 record duplicate user id assigned to the same token serial number in 2014 and no other records found after that. I believe this was the junk data during the previous CR release and issue had been resolved. So, no other duplicated records after 2014 until today.
Resolution:
- Patch the junk data with below query to resolve the case cannot unbind token task.
update TB_AM_VASCO set V_USER_ID = null, V_DP_ASSIGNED = 0 where V_SERIAL_NO = '2688576839';
