API will return error code 99 if user does not exist in TB_AM_PAIRING.

Finding:
API will return error code 99 when, program detects this selected user does not have device token record.

Resolution:
We fix on the error code mapping as per defined in the TSD spec document. We will return error code 304 to cater scenarios for those users who never perform Mobile token activation.
You may request the Sunline team to include this error code as accepted status when performing unbind device pairing at Mobile Banking application.
