Kindly attend below request:-
Please help to check on FPX issue from merchant Touch n Go.
We tried to reload GO+ balance from Touch n Go application using FPX channel but unable to login to KFHOnline website.
Below is the steps where the problem occurred:
1- Open Touch n Go mobile apps
2- Tap Reload and choose GO+ balance
3- Tap Online Banking (FPX) and enter reload amount
4- Choose KFH Bank
5- KFHOnline website will be displayed. User to key in username, password and perform login
6- Issue occurred, after user key in password and click on Next button, website re-route back to key in username page
Please help to check on this issue. Kindly inform which log file is required for checking.

From our investigation, we found out that we successfully routed the FPX to the merchant. Kindly assist in checking with the merchant. You may check the log attached.
