Kindly attend below request:-
Customer has performed bulk payment via Cash management Solutions. However the status is ‘Accepted’ after been approved.
Company Name : COSHARE EZ SDN BHD
Transaction Date & Time : 26/08/2023 & 11.56AM
28/08/2023 - 9:40 AM28/08/2023 - 10:46 AMAccount No : 002141000881
RIM No : 127422
Amount : RM34,845.00
From our checking at bib_company_transaction table, the status of these transaction is 4 - accepted, but the transaction cannot go thru.
Please help to check this issue urgently as customer have to make few transactions.
