Kindly attend below request:-

We recieved complaint from customer that the CA’s Agrokey status change from Activated to Incomplete Registration when their Corporate User failed to activate Agrokey. We already received 2 cases as per email attached.

Mobile banking team was able to replicate the issue when testing using an android device.
There are some issues in the program that cause first user status to become incomplete registration when the second user hits an error during registration process.

Finding:
1. Wrong status override when register fails at confirmation code scanning page. (As long as one of the device binding hit the error, all the previously binded device status will be updated wrongly)
2. Wrong data deletion when register fails at confirmation code scanning page. (Where it will always delete the data in the first of the registered user array)

The apk file already shared with Bank for proceed with testing.
Resolution:
1) Remove unnecessary code in the program and fix the finding bug.
