Finding:
Issue session expired due to duplicate account number at bib account table. We are still trying to find the root cause of the duplicate account.
We are unable to find the root cause of the duplicate account. However, we suspect the account received from the source has duplicate value.
Solution:
We will add a function to check on the duplicate account before inserting it to the database table.
