Finding:
Issue session expired due to duplicate account number at bib account table. We are still try to finding the root cause of duplicate account.
Suggestion:
We can suggest to reassign the account via IBAM. The program, will delete the existing data in bib account and insert the account.
Permanent Resolution:
We will add a function to check on the duplicate account before inserting it to the database table.
