Tester delete userid from M2U App, then register userid again on m2u web revamp.
Tester got error RC34 TAC not generated. Log attached at SCP email.

Fixes package had been delivered to the customer and waiting to deploy into production. Please refer below for the RCA.
Root Cause:
- The user mobile phone number sending to ESB with encrypted value.
Resolution:
- Decrypted the user mobile phone number before send to ESB.
