Email from sunline team on 13/09/2023 referred:
Due to security reason and upgrade of firebase, the sending messages (including upstream messages) with the FCM XMPP and HTTP legacy APIs was deprecated on June 20, 2023, and will be removed in June 2024. Firebase strongly recommend migrate to the HTTP v1 API or consider using the Admin SDK to build send requests if are using the legacy send APIs.
MB Backend and APP have changed the push notification module to cater for the Firebase HTTP v1 due to Firebase Legacy end of life next year and Suline has implemented to CPM CR, therefore, previously MB requested that the push notification "title" and "body" to be set in the "data" object payload. However, upon Firebase upgrade MB have relocated to the "notification" object payload.
kindly assess and make necessary change at IB.

Changes:
Change the firebase API to cater on the Sunline firebase format to using the previous payload.
The class patch files already deliver to Bank for testing.
