Kindly attend below request:-
Need your assistance to check for below issue.
We received complaint from customers stated that there is issue with the Jompay transaction.
After the customer fills in the amount of transaction and proceeds with the next button, an error prompt appears on the screen - 'Service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. For asssistance, please call our Contact Centre'
I already try by myself and found out that my balance was successfully debited from the account, but still I am getting the same error message.
Please help to check and inform to us if you need any IB logs for your further checking.
