Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Our user received around 24 complaints where customer’s account debited, but the system displays unsuccessful message for transaction dated 22/11/2023.
Kindly need your assistance to check on the root cause.
attached is the server log. Kindly let us know if any other log require.
