Kindly attend below request:-
User complaint that FPX transaction details were not prompted in detail during approval in mobile banking. Upon checking, there are no details for From Account and To Account. Please refer to attached image.

Finding: Current program allow to generate the push secure transaction message before selecting the from account selection. The issue is due to empty field send.
Expected result/ program: Only generate the transaction message once customer select the from account selection to prevent sending empty fields.
Resolution: Redesign the setup for push secure transaction message to only generate the transaction message once customer select the from account selection.
