Customer able to switch the user from ID to MY after implemented the temporary solution. I attached the finding and temporary solution in this email. Requested Maybank to get the SystemOut.log for date 18/4/2023 and 19/4/2023, to further check on the linking issue.
Finding:
- USER_STATE data in the TB_AM_USER not 'Virtual'. Virtual user USER_STATE should be 'Virtual'.
- Suspect the USER_STATE not "Virtual", then scheduler to check dormant user had pick up this user and update to disabled. This still required further checking and simulate in the UAT. Please help to simulate the user linking in the UAT environment and check on this USER_STATE value to verify.
Temporary Resolution:
- Patch the data USER_STATE to "Virtual" and U_USER_STATE to "7" with below query.
- update TB_AM_USER set U_USER_STATE = 7, USER_STATE = 'Virtual' where U_USER_ID = 2143689949;

Maybank already implemented the temporary solution, permenant solution still pending Maybank to perform testing in UAT, but didn't get any new response
