Kindly attend below request:-
Customer does not receive notification. It is suspected due to FCM Token does not exist. Hoping if FCM Token can be resolved, it can reduce error code 1F, 1D and 1K.
Propose solution from Sunline team and Bank.
1) As per inform, MB program currently checking the customer device FCM token against the FCM token value in MB DB.
If they detect the FCM token is different, they will update this FCM token in their DB.
But the issue is IB side doesn't have the capability to detect the latest changes of FCM token from the MB side.
In order to update this FCM token at IB DB, they need the API from IB to update the value.
2) Provide one time data migration script to update FCM token value for current affected customer.
Require assessment to get the list of customers that have different FCM token with MB.
