Finding:
- The user failed to create due to the password generated was too long.
Temporary Resolution:
- Create user with a new user ID or delete the user data in RCMS and recreate it with the same user ID
Permanent Solution:
- Increase the password column length to 200 in the database. You may refer to the query below
- ALTER TABLE TB_AM_USER MODIFY P_PASSWD_CIPHERTEXT VARCHAR2;
- Recreate the user ID
