User reported message as below:
t seems that we have received more than one cases where users faced the report privilege error.
Our checking noted that the 'Qualifier Values' - for UPA to define the type of reports to be granted to users were 'removed' from the user profiles - hence explains why users could not view the reports.
Please assign to the right person to handle this.

Asked CAD (Control Assurance Department) team to set back the value of qualifier to the user but they said some user after given the qualifier value, on the evening is gone back on sudden. so they still cannot access the report. but some is no problem to access it. Still searching the caused.

Issue user cannot access to the report page is fixed by adding the qualifier value to the user profile.
