The user was able to retrieve the profile at 9:29:25, 9:29:27, 9:29:39 and 9:36:45 according to the log files. Possible network interruptions during the timestamp of 9:29:27 caused the Read time out exception hit.
Pending customer confirmation on whether able to get a response when querying the user profile after the timestamp of the issue and network interruptions during timestamp checking
