There is an issue with the Organization Name which contains symbol ,
Based on testing, issue occur when using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge but no issue
when using Firefox.

This is caused by the fact that chrome doesn't properly handle escaping of commas while Firefox, IE, etc.
Issue in fileName.
Solution:
Replace commas with empty string.

Test in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and FireFox browser
Test Steps:
1. IBAM > New Application > Edit organization name add symbol @&./()-',
2. CDB > New Application > insert organization name with symbol @&./()-',
3. Make sure can download TnC
