Kindly attend below request:-
Kindly help to check on below issue:
Maker update User’s IC number in RCAS.
Approver login and approve.
Issue:
1) BBO Not able to approve IC number from Authorization List (outside).
BBO only can approve from Authorization Details page.
2) Certain BBO User can only approve ‘enable/disable’ user from Authorization List(outside), and not able to approve from Detail page.
Sample BBO IDs: 00981261, 00077632.

Root Cause:
No edit user profile function in the authorization list, while no issue with approval in the authorization details
Temporary Resolution:
Do the approval task by approving inside the authorization details instead of approving at the authorization list.
Permanent Resolution:
Add the edit user profile function in the authorization list.
