Based on the data provided by Bank, it appears that the customer approval matrix initially assigns one group to Group A and another to Group B upon initiating the transaction. Once Group A approves the transaction, it is likely that the customer has modified the approval matrix to exclude Group B.
Thus, the transaction status remains pending because the program awaits approval from Group B, which has been removed from the matrix.
Suggestion solution:
1) Advise the customer to perform a new transaction.
2) Enhance the user activity for Corporate Admin to include the approval matrix detail instead of just displaying the company ID. This is for ease in identifying what has been modified or added to the approval matrix.
