Finding:
After a thorough investigation with you last week, we found that the IBAM user has created the corporate administration by inputting the full name, which contains 100 characters.
The issue happens because the program is designed to use the full name value and save it as a customer favorite display name as well. As per note, the favorite display name allowable character is only 50.
Solution:
Advise the IBAM user to create a user with different useralias and input a full name that contains less than 50 characters. (If Solution No. 2 has not yet been executed)
Increase the allowable size for the FAV_DISPLAY_NAME column to 100, as per set for the USERNAME column.

We already executed the solution to increase the FAV_DISPLAY_NAME column length to 100.
