Reported issue:
Customer report the SI transaction created was not executed and the status show Accepted after approver approve the SI transaction.
Finding:
In response to the email titled 'Texas Chicken: Request to Check Fund Transfer Status,' I discovered that the company approver approved the transaction after the SI effective date, which was on 30/4/2024. This is the reason why the SI was not executed on 26/4/2024."
Resolution:
Include SI date validation and display a suitable error message with the status 'rejected/unsuccessful.' This solution will resolve confusion for the customer if they approve the SI transaction later than the SI start date.
