Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
The Payment date/Value date has been wrongly key in to the future date by the user. The value date key in in the IBG system are 02/04/2025 instead of 02/05/2024
We had advise the user to check with Business User to cancel the Payment but Business User not able to see Cancel button for the transaction.
Kindly advise.

Salam Shahrul, As per our investigation. Since bulk payment already execute the batch master. user cannot cancel bulk payment at CMS. All IBG inside batch is change Accepted status(bib_bulk_payment_details) and will proceed to IBG engine when execute date is today. Suggestion Database patches for record status (ibg_bulk) to failed/unsuccessful. If you confirm this suggestion. we will prepare update SQL statement.
