Description
The increase daily limit should differentiate between Resident and Non-Resident account.
(1)Standard Daily Limit : Increase the existing Daily Limit in KFH online from RM 5000 to X value, which will be applying to all normal account customers.
(2)Special Daily Limit : Maintain a special daily limit to a certain normal account customers to Y value (above from the standard Daily Limit)

Standard Daily Limit based on residency Type (Transfer limit maint)
Added New Column in BV_USER_PROFILE (Shuida Help)
Added new Conditional, where special daily limit only applicable for resident account
Pending:
- Test and apply method for all fundtransfer
- Only show one standard limit according to the residency type in transfer limit
