Issue: User with offline merchant receive sms alert
Finding: Hibernate query list by account no filter merchant with undeleted status only
Solution: Update hibernate query list by account no filter merchant add checking active status also

SIT deploy on 22/07/2024
Test Steps:
1. IBAM > Org Setup > Duitnow QR Management > Create new QR Merchant
2. Deactivate the QR Merchant (Offline)
3. Create another QR Merchant with different mobile no with status Online
4. Perform duitnow QR trnx, make sure only online qr merchant will receive sms notification.
