Error detected during edit Company Name. Upon checking there is validation on Other Phone No but this field no longer available at front end (IBAM).

Issue: Old register company contains data which the field is no longer available at frontend(IBAM)
Finding: The validation is not remove. Still validate data
Solution: Remove unused field validation

(ADMIN, MAKER, CHECKER)
1. Ask IT/developer to update table BibCompany set OtherPhoneNo with symbol -
2. Org Setup > Edit Company Details
3. Expected result: successfully edit company details
