Need your help to check below reported issue.
There is no user listed under IBAM user maintenance screen for this company. Based on checking there are user registered under this company, however it not displayed in IBAM screen. Additional info, customer able to perform transactions as BAU.

Finding
After thoroughly checking the existing program, we found a bug in the reset password and reset secure approval modules.
Users with a "deleted" status were allowed to perform reset password and reset secure approval actions.
Consequently, the customer status reverted to normal after successfully performing a reset password or reset secure approval. This issue affected the reported customer.
Solution:
We added validation to restrict customers with a "deleted" status from performing reset password or reset secure approval actions.
The patch has been delivered to Bank on 29/07/2024
